On arrival we are greeted by friendly hosts Sue and Matt Latham, who introduce us to all the children, pets and farmyard animals. The room itself is superbly presented; clean, modern and recently decorated. This bed and breakfast in the Banks Peninsula, is a real bargain compared to the main competition, the Sawmill Cottage. With private deck, swimming pool and ample hiking routes over the Latham’s land, you’ll certainly feel refreshed after a nights stay at this bed and breakfast.
Continental breakfast, included in the price, is of excellent quality. For a small fee, you can get the cooked breakfast (bacon, poached eggs etc) which is well worth the extra.
