Casa Sue Hostel Accommodation Bogota





Casa Sue 1 is one of the two Casa Sue Hostels both located in the heart of Bogota city. Restaurants, bars and the main shopping area are at your doorstep.

We initially arrived at the Casa Sue 2, and were greeted by friendly staff who escorted us by foot to Casa Sue 1, a 5 minute walk away.

Casa Sue 1 seemed much busier and had a backpackers party feel to it, but then you hardly come to the city of Bogota to catch up on your sleep. The staff here also seemed happy to help and pleased to see us. We had a double room next to the communal area and because the walls are very thin we could hear everything next door. The atmosphere is friendly but a bit chaotic with people coming in and going out, rushing through the small corridors most of the time. It gets a little ‘old’ by 4am.

The room was small, but clean and with a private bathroom and ample hot water. A shower curtain would be great to avoid flooding the bathroom every time you soap up.

Casa Sue 1 has got all the facilities you expect from hostel accommodation in the centre of Bogota. A communal area with a huge flatscreen, plenty of chairs and sofas and a communal kitchen are available. Internet and free wifi are also provided.

  • Hectic atmosphere
